Our Prices & Mailing Schedules

Prices are based upon the number of homes or condominiums in the neighborhood.  As few as 200 homes or condominiums may be selected, though our typical client mails to 300 to 600 homes.  We offer significant price breaks at 500, 750 and 1,000 homes or condos. 

Agents who choose to mail to multiple neighborhoods and produce separate magazines for each neighborhood are charged based upon the total number of homes within all neighborhoods, thus taking advantage of lower per piece pricing. (Please call or email us for a quote for your neighborhood or condo).

Payments by credit card.  No long-term contract is required.  Our agreement may be modified or cancelled at any time with proper notice.

Magazines are mailed in January, April, July, and October. 

NEIGHBORHOODS AND CONDOS ARE SOLD EXCLUSIVELY ON A FIRST COME BASIS.
